Delivery and Returns
We ship worldwide. We take care in packing our articles safely. All instruments sold by us are carefully set up and play-checked prior to shipping. You will receive a notification and tracking number that your shipment went out.

We ship with Netherlands Priority Post. Delivery is 2 – 5 working days.
Outside of the European Community
: We ship with Netherlands Priority Post which then hooks up with delivery companies such as USPS. Delivery worldwide is 1 – 2 weeks.
If you wish to have your order send with a different postal service that is possible. Please let us know and we will contact you regarding the possibilities and possible extra costs.
Returns
: We extend 30 days time to either fall in love with your purchase or return it. If you decide to return it we will refund your money and we ask you to pay the return shipping only.
