pads screws (1#-5#): These are the
screws to hold the nose pads – (diameter options: 1.0mm and 1.2mm).
– 1.4mm
hinge screws (6#-22#): used to connect Temple with rim , as well as
support 2-pieced full-rim glasses lenses.
– Large
head hinge screws (23#-62#): Round-head screws (1.4mm diameter):
can be used to hold nose pads on retro frames or provide extra decoration for
other frame styles. Countersunk flat-head screws (1.4mm diameter) for
retro frame and sunglasses frame decorations. Finally, countersunk
flat-head tapping screws (1.4mm diameter) for holding the decorations of
acetate glasses, TR style, and retro frames.
– Rimless
glasses hinge screws (71#-80#,95#-102#):  Special screws for rimless
frames (1.4mm diameter) used with nut gasket, 2 styles: round-head screws and
diamond-head screws. Also different styles of glasses nuts + gaskets
for rimless frames.
– Sunglasses
hinge screws (63#-70#,81#-94#) + Coarse thread screws (1.6mm
diameter) for holding acetate frames and connecting sunglasses legs with frames – and tapping screws (1.6mm or 1.7mm diameter) for connecting frame pieces.
Additional Features
This repair kit is primarily used for eyeglasses and eyewear, but it can additionally be used for watches and jewelry.
